Fall is in the air

We have been renting a cabin with some good friends in Blue Ridge for the past seven years. It's become a nice fall tradition. It's less than a two-hour drive from Atlanta if you don't hit traffic.

The leaves are changing color, we usually have a view of the mountains or lake and we have started roasting s'mores which the kids (and adults) love. We usually take a short hike to a waterfall. This year we got drenched when it started to pour when we got to the top. But we managed to get this great photo in before it the skies opened up.

We did our family photo shoot this weekend at Piedmont Park. The kids enjoyed the playground and this was the easiest year to get everyone looking at the camera.
