It's a Jungle Out Here

A few weeks ago we saw a big raccoon and small raccoons moving into the tree in our yard. It must have looked like a cozy home. We called animal control and they came in the morning and set up a trap, leaving a can of cat food as bait. I didn't know how long it would take so I was quite surprised when I went to sit on the deck for lunch and saw a big raccoon staring at me. The animal control guy came back for it and set the trap up again. That night the trap caught a baby possum and the next night a big possum. The animal control guy has closed the trap now and gone on vacation so we're still waiting to see if the other raccoons have gone away.
