Today's adventure was over at the Baipai Cooking School where Noi and Mickey taught a tourist crew (Aussies, New Yorkers and a Frenchman) how to make four delectable dishes:
1) Thai Spring Rolls -- Por Peea Todd
2) Spicy Grilled Beef Salad -- Yam Neua Yang
3) Green Curry Chicken -- Gang Keaw Wann Gai
5) Egg Custard -- Sang Ka Ya
It took about four hours and was pretty entertaining especially checking out the variety of ingredients from small eggplant (the size of a large berry) to teeny chili peppers that pack a punch. You get to taste the dish after each round, which was my favorite part. Hands down the best meal I've ever made!
