Slides and Wai Po are Fun!

Owen had a ball with his Wai Po when she visited. They took walks, did some coloring, banged on the xylophone and played together a lot. He even did some cooking (read = banging) for her!

Now that the weather is finally nice we've been going to the little playground around the corner a lot. Sometimes the big boys are playing lacrosse and Owen watches from the sidelines - though he thinks he's ready to play with their sticks.

A few weeks ago we went to his friend's 3rd birthday party at Leapin' Lizards. This was Owen's first time at a jumping place and he loved it. He especially liked the way he could dive head first down the slide.

Headfirst is the way he prefers to slide these days. And unfortunately, he thinks he's already outgrown the little slide, much to his mom's dismay.
