We love the Putumayo Kids music, especially Animal Playground
and Dreamland.
In fact, Owen falls asleep to Dreamland every night. Like magic, and he's a good sleeper too.Our new favorite is Elisabeth Mitchell. She sings kids music that you'll recognize with songs like "Oh, Susanna" and "Skip to My Lou," but won't drive you batty. I really like all her songs, but "You Are My Sunshine"
and "Peace Like a River" are my faves. And Owen recognizes his favorites like "The Red Caboose." It's super cute.
So we got a refurbished iPod nano
for $99 from the apple store and it looks brand spanking new and works great. We also got the spiffy JBL on stage micro speaker in silver. (For you mac fans, I got a new ibook pro from macmall.com in Dec. with a $150 rebate.)
