Last weekend we ventured with friends into the burbs (Lilburn, to be exact) to see the new Hindu temple. It's an impressive sight with its striking white exterior and interior, conjuring up images of an ice palace. Amazing how all of the pieces fit together like a giant jigsaw puzzle.
Just across the street is a sharp contrast with a strip mall and generic box stores. Beside the temple, we snacked on samosas from a food vendor.Afterwards, we headed to Super H Mart, which is a large Korean grocery, and stocked up on fruits, veggies and Asian ingredients. (Got some Thai eggplant for my green curry recipe.)
