Graduation Day

You may not be a bushy-eyed graduate, but the advice given by these commencement speakers is worth mulling over at any stage of life.

Says Apple head honcho Steve Jobs:
"The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on."

NYT columnist Tom Friedman had this sage advice:
"Be a skeptic, not a cynic. We have more than enough of those in our country already, and so much more creative juice comes from skepticism, not cynicism."
